Bey Rivals Guide does not provide a contact form, a public mailbox, or a response-time promise. It has no account system, so there is nothing to log into and nobody to log in as. The table below sends each kind of problem to the party that can actually fix it.

Guide scope
This site publishes source-bounded player routes only. It cannot reset accounts, refund Robux, overturn moderation, restore an expired code, or confirm a code that the developer never announced.
It also cannot fix a balance change or a bug — those come from BBR Productions. If you are reporting a problem with the game itself, the group is the fastest route to the person who can act on it.
A safety note
No guide, tracker or code list can redeem a code for you or recover an account. Anyone who asks for your Roblox password, email or 2FA code — including someone claiming to be this site — is trying to steal your account. Roblox will never ask you to share a 2FA code.
